Mr. Srivastav, is an accomplished insurance professional from crop/agriculture segment and he is the founder of "Agriculture Risk Consultant".
He is an experienced agriculture underwriter with a well-recognised history of business planning, analytical skills, agriculture claim management and rural business development. Former establishing Agriculture Risk Consultant, he was Head of Crop insurance in a leading General Insurance Company in India. He contributed towards complete formation of business verticals, building teams across multiple states, while developing niche products, ushering innovative technological solutions for process improvements and leading Agriculture Insurance Product distribution strategy.
He brings to the table vast industry knowledge & skills earned over his experience of 12+ years. In his tenure, he has explored the crop insurance segment technicalities at all levels and gained considerable expertise in the various facets of business development, sales P&L management, leadership, expansion, innovation, general administration and business analysis with adherence to compliance and regulations across various organizations.
After completing Post Graduate qualification in Statistics from CSJM University in 2006, he joined as a Research Analyst in a corporate entity at SIDBI Incubation centre in IIT Kanpur.
He has developed niche for his expertise in the market over the years, also he has been associated with reputed industry players like Future Generali India Insurance Company Limited, IFFCO Tokio General Insurance Co. Ltd. in various capacity and under different geographies.

Vikas Katiyar

Mr. Vikas is an accomplished Environmental Risk professional. Well versed with understanding of core environmental principles and product regulations.
Mr. Vikas Katiyar has more than thirteen years of experience with various corporate house out of which 6+ years in R&D related experience around 8 years of cross domain industrial experience
Mr. Katiyar has done his graduation (B.Tech) from IIT-Roorkee (1998) and Post-graduation (M.Tech) in Environmental Engineering and Management from IIT-Kanpur in 2006.
Being a risk analyst, he reviewed potential risk factors involved such risk factors may include problems with the physical location, topological conditions, environmental changes, and the likelihood of cat event.
Mr. Vikas works closely with several agencies to establish a correlation with environmental changes and its direct / indirect impact on Agronomy.

Mr. Yogesh Parihar

He is an Agriculture Graduate with honour from G.B. Pant Agriculture University and completed his Masters from Birla Institute of Management Technologies (BIMTECH) . He is an associate from III.
He was working with IFFCO Tokio General Insurance Company Limited before joining us. In ARC he will be responsible for crop loss assessment and management of crop loss surveys under GOI Crop insurance program

In his tenure, he has explored the crop insurance segment technicalities at all levels and gained considerable expertise in the various facets of loss assessment, Claim management , leadership, expansion, innovation, general administration and business analysis with adherence to compliance and regulations across various organizations.
